OmeWoW: custom raids and monthly seasons
The server boasts fifteen world bosses, custom raids and a database of 60,000 items, with Cataclysm, Mists of Pandaria and Legion appearances for transmogrification.
On the PvP side, seasons last one month: the ladder regularly starts over from zero.

You vote for OmeWoW on its official voting site. Each vote pushes the server up the ranking and earns you a reward; after that, you have to wait for the cooldown to end before voting again.
